Annual General Meeting Shubh helping hands senior’s club – held on 4 November, 2021 at 11:15 A.M in IN person club meet at 3801 Thomas Street, Mississauga at Churchill meadows older community centre
Notice for meeting was given 3 weeks prior to AGM meeting via e-mail, text messages and phone calls to all the members of club.

11:00 am: Board of members chosen for senior’s club in November, year 2021 were selected till November, 2023
11: 15 am until 11:45 am: New Board members were selected by present members.
