SHH Senior Club AGM October. 2023

Annual General Meeting Shubh Helping Hands Senior’s club – held on 23 October, 2023 at
1:15 P.M in person club meeting at 1275 Mississauga Valley Blvd – Mississauga Valley
Community Centre.
Notice for the meeting was given 3 weeks prior to the AGM meeting via email, text messages
and phone calls to all the members of the club.
PRESENT AT IN PERSON MEET:
President: Sunila Malhotra
Vice president: Sarita mehta
Secretary/ social Co-ordinator: Neena Verma
Treasurer: Anup Kalia/ Sneh Gupta
Food Co-ordinator: Vinod Verma

AGENDA:
1:15 pm: 70 members and board members met in the club.
1:30 pm: Presentation of by-laws.
1: 45 pm: Discussing purpose, memberships and code of conduct.
2:00 pm: Board of members explained membership bifurcation and duties of directors and the
members.
2: 15 pm: Concluded the meeting by addressing questions from the members.
